It's official: Sting is now an owner of an apartment at 220 Central Park South.

The Real Deal reported that the music legend purchased a 5,807-square-foot for $65.7 million—a deal that entered into contract in June 2016, according to property records. It had been previously listed for $70 million.

Talk of Sting and his wife Trudie Styler's interest in acquiring a unit at 220 Central Park South (designed by Robert A.M. Stern) was first reported nearly two years ago by the New York Post.

Other notable owners at that address include billionaire Ken Griffin, who purchased a penthouse there for a staggering $238 million; Paramount Group CEO Albert Behler; and Och-Ziff Capital Management founder Daniel Och.

Both Sting—whose real name is Gordon Sumner—and Styler sold their duplex condo at 15 Central Park West for $50 million in 2018. They first purchased it in 2008 for $26.5 million.
